What a podcast can do for you

If you’re looking to lead a tribe, a podcast is your beacon. It’s not a piece of marketing in itself, but a way of speaking your truth, of defining your outlook, and finding others who share that outlook. It represents an ongoing strategy of communicating honestly and openly with your audience — it’s a tool for growth, not only for your business, but for the way you communicate with others.

You’ll build authority and open yourself up to new people and opportunities, and if you’re willing to be generous with your time, your knowledge and your experience, you’ll have a body of work that represents you and showcases the impact you can have on the world.

What a podcast can do for you
We don’t have to get it perfect from episode one.

We just have to show up.

Here’s how it works

By week 2 you’ll be recording your first piece of real podcast audio, and by week 5 you’ll be live in Apple Podcasts, Spotify and Amazon Music. You’ll record and edit the audio, but I’ll be with you every step of the way, to show you the ropes.

After week 5 and the release of your first episode, we’ll check in regularly to see how you’re doing, answer any questions, or help with things like audience growth, finding guests, and so on.

This is not a podcast editing service. You’ll be in charge of editing your audio, so you have total ownership and control. It’s nowhere near as daunting as it sounds – if you can use Google Docs, you can edit a podcast. And you’ll have all the training and support you need.

1

Kickoff and prep

We’ll discuss your idea, define the audience and market fit, decide on a format, order the gear, and get you ready to record your first piece of audio.

2

Plug in, switch on, edit

Together we’ll setup your equipment and help you record your first conversation. You’ll then learn how to use the powerful editing tool Descript, so you can edit your audio just like a Word document.
